History
Formerly J. George Picard & Sons, Inc., Picard Construction Corporation was established by J. George Picard in 1934 as a small contracting business focusing on residential remodeling and custom built homes. The family owned business was incorporated in 1964 and was run by J. George Picard’s sons; George J. Picard and Ronald E. Picard. Ronald’s son-in-law, Christopher (Chris) L. Clarke, joined the company in December 1994 and purchased the company in May of 2000. Chris has continued the demand for quality construction while providing a personalized service for the company’s customers. Over the years Picard Construction Corporation has been involved in projects including banks, nursing homes, professional facilities, office buildings, and Municipal and State schools and custom homes.
